After more than 20+ years of coaching (from professional football to education) founder John Beetison saw the same pattern again and again: highly driven people achieving success in their careers and families, but struggling to maintain their health, energy, and confidence. He noticed that many of them were giving their best to everyone else, leaving little time or energy for themselves. Despite their determination and willpower, traditional fitness programs simply didn’t fit into their demanding lives.
